Dear RENTRI users,
This is to inform you that the event referred to in the notice of 13 February 2026 at 09:00, which caused the partial and temporary unavailability of RENTRI services, is considered resolved, limited to the following areas: Service for registration and payment of the contribution; Service for the digital validation of FIRs and registers; Support services for maintaining loading and unloading registers and for transmitting to RENTRI the data relating to operations recorded in the chronological loading and unloading register.
Therefore, as of 18 February 2026 at 00:00, the regular operating conditions of the above-mentioned services will be restored; the use of the security operating procedures provided for in Annex 1 to Director’s Decree No. 319 of 30 October 2025 will no longer be permitted.
The provisions concerning the possibility of using the security operating procedures provided for in Annex 1 to Director’s Decree No. 25 of 5 February 2026 for the management of FIRs in digital format shall remain in force until further notice. Until the publication of the closure notice, the management of FIRs in digital format in accordance with the operating procedures set out in Article 7, paragraph 8, of Ministerial Decree 59/2023 shall continue to be considered a legally valid option.
