CNA-SHV offers the “FORFAIT-LAMAFER” service: a package of solutions that includes a series of activities specifically designed to simplify as much as possible all legal procedures for waste treatment and registration. The idea behind this service is to relieve artisan businesses of a number of bureaucratic obligations, enabling them to operate with peace of mind and in compliance even amid continuous changes in legal provisions. In addition to being a valuable support in addressing each company’s specific needs, the agreement also provides a significant economic advantage thanks to discounts reserved for members. The agreement includes a scheduled annual collection at the member’s production site using vehicles authorized also for the transport of dangerous goods (ADR) and the performance of all duties required by current waste regulations, such as completing the FIR (waste identification forms).
The agreement also provides that Lamafer will keep, at its registered office and on your behalf, the waste loading/unloading register, including validation and completion within the timelines required by law. Another activity included in the Forfait-Lamafer is the completion of the MUD (single waste declaration model), to be submitted to the competent bodies by April 30 each year.
